Why Choose LaserClean?

Whatever your restoration or cleaning needs, from rust and coating removal, to de-coating and de-oiling, to restoring the beauty of natural stone facades, the LaserClean team is ready to bring its advanced surface-cleaning technology to your project. No other service offers so many advantages.

Safer

With no need for projectiles like sand, glass beads or dry ice pellets, laser cleaning delivers unparalleled safety for workers.

Better For The Environment

LaserClean® uses no chemical solvents or blast material, so there is no harm to the environment and little associated residue. In many cases, even the targeted material evaporates completely.

Cost-Effective

Prep time is minimal and the purchase and disposal of consumables is unnecessary. The result: far more productive operations. Automation is also available.

Precise

Digital controls and exacting parameter settings enable surface impurities to be removed with little to no impact on the substrate material.

Precision-tuned to your specific need

As a digitally-controlled technology, the Laser Blast Cleaning System provides control over a wide range of parameters. Its ability to retain patinas, keep industrial parts intact or blast rust off of bridges make LaserClean the right choice for cleaning everything from delicate carvings to vast public structures. Our equipment is compact, robust, and manufactured in North America. And our experienced team is ready to work for you.

How LaserClean Works

  • Step 1: Infusion
Pulses of infared light permeate the built-up matter on the surface
  • Step 2: Absorption
The target material absorbs the energy and heats up, while the substrate below remains cool
  • Step 3: Separation
The contrast in temperature causes the targeted material to separate from the substrate
  • Step 4: Dissolution
The target material either evaporates completely or dissolves into dust, which can be easily vacuumed away
