Nationwide Insurance assigned Rainbow International Restoration of Westchester to assist their client with the content inventorying and fire mitigation due to a residential fire loss in Northeast New Jersey. We were on site just hours after fire was put out in order to meet with the homeowners who just suffered the devastation. The following morning, we returned to the loss address to temporarily board up and tarp over the exposed areas of roofing, windows and doors to keep the interior of the dwelling safe from weather and pests. We then performed a 3D scan of the dwelling using Matterport technology for documentation purposes due to the extent of the damage.
We completed the inspection of the bedrooms, basement, kitchen, dining and living rooms, asseseed the roof damgae. We covered the roof with tarp, the windows and doors were boarded.
