Ron Fanish is co-owner of Rainbow International Restoration of Westchester, a full-service, one-stop-shop for restoration, cleaning and reconstruction based in Yonkers, NY. One of the most innovative, fast-growing franchises of its kind, Rainbow International Restoration of Westchester ranks 12 out of nearly 700 Rainbow Corporation franchises worldwide. At only 29 years old, Ron is paving the way to a brighter future which makes him an unstoppable force and seasoned expert in the field. Ron is a passionate leader, mentor, and designer consistently inspiring his employees and peers to follow their personal and professional dreams. His dedication to learning is among the many qualities that allow for his continued growth and development as a young business owner and an entrepreneur.

Originally from Israel and a former Tank Commander and First Sergeant of the Isreali Defense Forces, Ron emigrated to the U.S. in 2017 at the age of 25 with a plan to open and operate a successful business. He began his journey in the restoration and construction world from the very bottom. Today, alongside his partner, Adam Halevah, Ron leads 50 staff, subcontractors and technicians. His thirst for world-class customer service and craftsmanship, as well as his deep interest in technology and product development, have fueled his unceasing efforts towards a smarter, tech savvy, more efficient approach to the restoration and construction industry and beyond.

Outside of running RIR of Westchester, Ron is co-owner of the kitchen cabinetry company New Amsterdam Kitchen Designs. He enjoys traveling the globe, cultivating knowledge about cryptocurrency and technology, windsurfing, horseback riding and is a loving husband and soon-to-be father. He actively embeds the training and discipline derived from his military background into his professional work, leveraging the precision he developed as a former Tank Commander to enhance his leadership style.

Ron is also a donor and sits on the board as a mentor of MATI Jerusalem, a nonprofit organization established in 1991 to help blossoming new entrepreneurs and business owners.
